Returns, Refunds and Exchange
All sales are final unless one of the conditions below is met:
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video proof
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
- Exchanges are applicable for the same product only (subject to stock availability).
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size issues due to customer selection
- Change of mind
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
